How do I pay for Le Club Gymnastic classes?
 

Come in for a risk free trial class so that we can help find a class that is perfect for your child.  We will collect payment once you have completed your trial class and found the class to be a good fit!  Once you are enrolled in classes, you will be billed and emailed statements for upcoming sessions.  Payments can be made through autopay, at the desk or online through our parent portal.

 

What should my child wear for class?

 

Children should come in clothes that they can easily move in. 

 

Girls:  If your child has a leotard we strongly recommend wearing it.  If not, stretchy pants or shorts and a t-shirt can be worn.  No snaps, buckles, or zippers are allowed.

Boys:  Boys should wear shorts or sweat pants and a t-shirt.

 

Hair:  All hair should be pulled back out of their face

Jewelery:  All jewelry needs to be removed before the start of class.

 

 

What are your term dates?
 

Our sessions run every 4 weeks. 

 

 

Are your teachers qualified?

  

Yes!  Our teachers are not only trained to teach gymnastics, but they also go through safety training and skill preparation specific to gymnastics.  Our coaches become instructor rated through USA Gymnastics within a short time of working for us.  USA Gymnastics is the national governing body for  gymnastics in the USA.  All of our teachers also undergo first aid and cpr training.  Our teachers not only teach gymnastics but inspire our students to give their best and to create a love of movement and exercise.

 

 

Can we still join your classes after the term has started?

 

Yes, you can join even if the new session has already started.  Our classes run year around.  If you start in the middle of a session, your session will be prorated so that your billing will be on the correct billing cycle.

 

Can parents watch?

 

Absolutely!  We have to viewing areas where you are able to watch your child in their class. 

 

What if my child misses?

 

All students are welcome to do make up classes for any missed classes.  All we ask is that you call ahead to let us know that your child will not be attending class that day.  This allows other children to do the same!  Then schedule your make up for another day.  It is our goal to remain flexible for busy families, however, we do not prorate tuition for missed classes.  Make ups may be carried into the following session provided that the new session tuition has been paid.
