Pre-School Classes "Mighty Mites"
Our pre-school gymnastics classes (also known as Mighty Mites) are for ages 3 to 5 years. These classes are designed to help children improve their coordination, strength, flexibility, and self-confidence in a fun yet challenging environment. Kids learn how to follow directions. Classes are designed with creative circuits to keep kids moving while learning beginning gymnastics skills and/or locomotor skills. Kids will work on running, hopping, skipping, jumping, rolling, balance on the beams, learn the beginnings of handstands and cartwheels, and learn how to use the vault board.
Classes run 1 hour in length.

Spring Show... Success!
Our annual "Spring Show" was a resounding success. We don't have the final count right now, but lots of families attended and were thrilled with the Olympic theme and all of the events. We will be putting up pictures and comments from some of those who attended soon.
