Beginning Boys and Girls Gymnastics
This class is perfect for any child above the age of 5. The beginning Girls and boys class are structured and full of fun! In these classes your child will be able to improve his/her coordination, strength, flexibility, and self-esteem through gymnastics exercises. Basic gymnastics is introduced in this course of gymmnastics, such as cartwheels, rolls, and handstands!
They will have the chance to learn how to walk on the balance beam and swing on the bars. They will learn the basic terminology of beginning gymnastics skills. They will also get to learn how to use a vaulting board correctly. Boys will begin learning how to swing on P-Bars as well as the Rings. Our classes are designed to be fun and challenging! It will be perfect for your child as he/she will feel a sense of accomplishment each time they learn something new! Improving their strength and flexibility will help them in gymnastics as well as any other sport they choose to participate in later on. Classes are generally 1 hour long.
