Adult classes are designed specifically with the adult in mind. They are designed to improve your physical fitness in a fun and challenging environment. Get some exercise and feel young again.

Spring Show... Success!
Our annual "Spring Show" was a resounding success. We don't have the final count right now, but lots of families attended and were thrilled with the Olympic theme and all of the events. We will be putting up pictures and comments from some of those who attended soon.
